Market Place

If you're in Henley on a market day be sure to pop along for an abundance of local produce.

There's the Charter Market every Thursday that's been part of Henley life for more than 700 years and includes fresh fruit and veg, local cheese, fresh bread, pastries and flowers as well as plenty more besides. It starts around 8am and finishes around 2.30pm.

On the 4th Thursday of the month, the Farmer's Market joins the Charter Market too so even more fresh and local produce to buy. The Farmer's Market also pops up on the second Saturday of each month too.

The Craft Market appears on the fourth Sunday of the month too with a host of local handmade goods so perfect for gifts or a souvenir.

When it's not a market day, the cafes and restaurants that line Falaise Square (the original name for Market Place) have tables and chairs for you to sit and watch the world go by whilst having a coffee or spot of lunch.
