What's more British than a visit to a National Trust property for a cream tea?
Dating back to 1346, spend an afternoon enjoying one of the many walks and splendid views of the Chiltern hills and you might even spot the many deer that live in the area.
There's a walled garden, gift shop, country house and of course, a tea room. The Book Nook sells pre-loved books too.
It's a couple of miles outside Henley and parking is available. Just head up towards Badgemore Park and keep going for another mile and a half.
