The big event in August is the Rewind Festival featuring 80s (and new this year, more 90s) music. Fancy dress is the norm with this weekend event though flat shoes are advised as it’s held on a riverside field down near Temple Island and you’ll want to dance, dance, dance.
There’s always tonnes of headline music acts, a silent disco, an inflatable church as well as plenty of street food on offer and of course, a few drinks to be had as well. You can camp the whole weekend or get a river taxi from Henley bridge if you need your bed and home comforts.
2023 includes headline acts Erasure’s Andy Bell and Squeeze as well as loads of other musical delights including ABC, The Undertones, Tony Hadley, the Art of Noise and Heaven 17.
