Copas are famed for their turkeys. All the birds live a free-range life and their from British hatcheries too.
Copas have so many other strings to their bow like their Regatta celebrations opposite Temple island, their farm shop in nearby Cookham and their philanthropy but it’s turkeys that most know them for.
Around December, there’s plenty of local fashions and butchers supplying them too but get your order in early to avoid disappointment.

The Anchor is a traditional pub and it's a stone's throw from the River Thames. Take a walk down Friday Street before you go into the pub as it's one of Henley's most picturesque and oldest streets.
This grade II listed pub dates back to the 1800s and has two bars, a restaurant area and a hidden courtyard garden.
The bar on the right is the perfect place to sip a pint and play cards on a rainy afternoon.
